Decree No. 51/2025/ND-CP dated March 01, 2025 on amending certain articles of Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP on registration fees

DECREE

AMENDING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF DECREE NO. 10/2022/ND-CP DATED JANUARY 15, 2022 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON REGISTRATION FEES

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated February 18, 2025;

Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges dated November 25, 2015;

At the request of the Minister of Finance;

The Government hereby promulgates a Decree amending certain Articles of Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP dated January 15, 2022 of the Government on registration fees.

Article 1. Amendments to point c clause 5 Article 8 of Decree No. 10/2022/nD-cp dated January 15, 2022 of the Government on registration fees

“c) Battery electric vehicles: From the effective date of this Decree to February 28, 2027 inclusive: the first-time registration fee shall be paid at a rate of 0%”.

Article 2. Entry into force

1. This Decree comes into force from the day on which it is signed.

2. Ministers, Heads of Ministry-level agencies, Heads of Governmental bodies, Chairpersons of People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities, other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementation of this Decree.
