CIRCULAR
ON AMENDMENTS TO SOME CONTENTS OF THE APPENDIX ATTACHED TO CIRCULAR NO. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT DATED OCTOBER 14, 2021 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ON THE LIST OF LICENSE-EXEMPT RADIO DEVICES AND ACCOMPANYING TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequencies dated November 23, 2009; the Law on amendments to some articles of the Law on Radio Frequencies dated November 09, 2022;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2025/ND-CP dated March 02, 2025 of the Government on functions, responsibilities, jurisdiction and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Decision No. 71/2013/QD-TTg dated November 21, 2013 of the Prime Minister on the National frequency spectrum planning; Decision No. 38/2021/QD-TTg dated December 29, 2021 of the Prime Minister on amendments to some articles of Decision No. 71/2013/QD-TTg dated November 21, 2013 of the Prime Minister on the National frequency spectrum planning amended by Decision No. 02/2017/QD-TTg dated January 17, 2017 of the Prime Minister; Decision No. 15/2024/QD-TTg dated October 04, 2024 of the Prime Minister on amendments to some articles of Decision No. 71/2013/QD-TTg dated November 21, 2013 of the Prime Minister on the National frequency spectrum planning amended by Decision No. 38/2021/QD-TTg dated December 29, 2021 of the Prime Minister;
At the request of the Director General of the Department of the Authority of Radio Frequency Management;
The Minister of Science and Technology promulgates the Circular on amendments to some contents of the Appendix attached to Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT dated October 14, 2021 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the list of license-exempt radio devices and accompanying technical and operational conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT”).
Article 1. Amendments to some contents of Appendices 2, 10 and 16 attached to Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT in accordance with Appendix I attached to this Circular.
Article 2. Implementation
1. This Circular comes into force from May 15, 2025.
2. Chief of Office, Director General of the Department of the Authority of Radio Frequency Management, heads of authorities and units affiliated to the Ministry of Science and Technology, and relevant organizations, individuals are responsible to implement this Circular.
3. Organizations and individuals shall report any issues arise during the implementation to the Ministry of Science and Technology (Authority of Radio Frequency Management) for guidelines, or consideration and resolution./.

3. Frequency bands “326,5 kHz, 340 kHz” and “353 ÷ 373,5 kHz” are changed into frequency band “315 ÷ 400 kHz” of the wireless power transfer in Appendix 16 attached to Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT as follows:
