CIRCULAR

AMENDMENTS TO SOME ARTICLES OF CIRCULAR NO. 01/2018/TT-BCT DATED FEBRUARY 27, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON GOODS TRADED BY TRADERS THROUGH AUXILIARY BORDER CHECKPOINTS OR CROSSINGS

Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Trade Management dated June 12, 2017;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 40/2025/ND-CP dated February 26, 2025 on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP dated January 23, 2018 on cross-border trade;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 122/2024/ND-CP dated October 04, 2024 on amendments to some articles of the Government’s Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP ;

At the request of the Director of Agency of Foreign Trade,

The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates Circular on amendments to some articles of Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on goods traded by traders through auxiliary border checkpoints or crossings.

Article 1. Annulment of point c clause 2 Article 3, and replacement of the Appendix I of the Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on goods traded by traders through auxiliary border checkpoints or crossings

1. Point c clause 2 Article 3 of the Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT shall be annulled.

2. The Appendix I enclosed with the Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT shall be replaced by the Appendix enclosed with this Circular.

Article 2. Implementation clauses

This Circular takes effect from July 21, 2025./.
